Cheddar Pepper Jack Mashed Cauliflower







Today we focus on the side dish. We substitute potatoes with mashed cauliflower


Cheddar pepper Jack mashed cauliflower


- 2 cups cauliflower

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup pepper Jack cheese

- Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste


Steam cauliflower in rice cooker for 10 minutes


Mash well


Add spices, milk and cheese


Mix and let sit for 2-5 minutes


Serve along fave protein
