Cheesy chicken, chorizo, and cabbage Low carb and high taste. Simple to prepare and cook
Ingredients:
1 Onlion diced
1 Yellow bell pepper sliced
4 cloves garlic minced
1-2 chicken breast diced
2 chorizo sausage
1/2 head of cabbage sliced thin
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
Quinoa/ cabbage Side Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
1/2 onion diced
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tblspns butter
1 cup cabage chopped
Process
cook quinoa seperate in microwave 6 minutes (let set 5 minutes)
Slice all vegetables
sear chicken 3 minutes or until cooked
remove and add chorizo to pan and sear 2-5 minutes
remove chorizo and slice
in hot pan sear all vegatable (except cabbage) until tender
add chicken and chorizo and cook 3 minutes
add 1/2 cup water, bring to boil then add cabbage cook 2 minutes
add sour cream, heavy cream and cheddar, mix well
place pan in oven at 440 for 15 minutes
remove form oven and let sit 5 minutes
